要評估精確的辛烷值以前是很昂貴的。

保險商在事故後確定損害賠償金額。

influence  v. n.  影響   (always)

My mother influenced me to play the piano.

我彈鋼琴是受母親的影響。

What you eat has a major influence on your risk of getting cancer.

你吃的東西會影響你患癌症的風險。

同義：impact, effect.

考試是要評估學生，在經過一段時間的學習之後，是否有進步，所以答案是(C)。
